Dacecroft Moto is committed to providing exceptional Services and Deliverables to our clients. However, we would like to bring the following points to your attention:

1. Mechanical Faults: Any issues that may arise with your vehicle after our service are more likely to be attributed to pre-existing mechanical faults rather than a fault with the carbon cleaning itself. Once the underlying mechanical fault is resolved, your vehicle should return to its optimum performance.
2. Vehicle Health Check: Before commencing any cleaning procedure, we conduct a thorough vehicle health check. We reserve the right to decline cleaning a vehicle if we determine that it is not in a sufficiently "healthy" condition. No warranty is provided for any vehicle components, either before or after the cleaning process. Refunds are not offered. Dacecroft Moto cannot be held responsible for any mechanical part failures subsequent to a carbon clean. By utilizing our service, you agree to these terms and conditions.
3. Maintenance and Upkeep: It is important to note that uncleaned vehicle components can fail. Cleaning often reveals weaknesses in your vehicle's setup, as it is now being pushed to work harder than it is accustomed to. Regular engine maintenance, including servicing with quality oil and parts, using good quality fuel, and practicing mechanical empathy, are vital in keeping your engine running smoothly. If your vehicle requires mechanical attention, it is advisable to address those issues before considering a carbon clean.
4. Liability for Mechanical and Electrical Parts: Dacecroft Moto does not assume liability for any mechanical or electrical parts, including turbos, injectors, clutches, gearboxes, DPF (Diesel Particulate Filter), and boost leaks (boost pipes). These components have a serviceable lifespan, and the carbon clean process may impose additional demands on them, potentially leading to issues if they are not in optimal condition.
5. Fuel Efficiency and Associated Costs: The fuel efficiency of your vehicle after a clean is influenced by several factors, including outside temperature, driving style, tire pressures, and regular and proper servicing. Dacecroft Moto is not liable for any costs associated with repairing determined or pending faults discovered during the safety check conducted before or after the vehicle cleaning. Refunds are not offered under any circumstances following a carbon clean.
6. Vehicle Fit and Responsibility: All vehicles presented for carbon cleaning are deemed fit upon presentation, and it is not the responsibility of Dacecroft Moto to prove otherwise.
7. Product and Service Results: By availing our services, you acknowledge and agree that individual results may vary depending on the make, model, and usage of the vehicle. Dacecroft Moto shall not be held responsible or liable for any claimed or actual results that may or may not arise from the product or service.
8. Manufacturer Determinations: The original vehicle manufacturer makes its own determinations regarding the effects of add-on products and/or services on warranties.
9. Legal Implications: It is important to note that it is illegal to use a vehicle on public roads if the DPF (Diesel Particulate Filter) filter has been removed. Dacecroft Moto does not accept any legal liability if you choose to operate the vehicle on the road after the removal of the DPF software or filter. Dacecroft Moto will not be responsible if your vehicle fails an MOT due to DPF/EGR (Exhaust Gas Recirculation) software or filter removal.
10. Warranty and Terms of Use: Dacecroft Moto cannot be held responsible or liable for anything related to or resulting from the original vehicle manufacturer's warranty and/or terms of use.
11. Test Drive and Reported Faults: We always offer a test drive following our services, allowing clients to assess any potential performance improvements.
12.  Following the test drive, our primary objective is to ensure that your vehicle has positively responded to the clean service and that no faults have been introduced. 
13. In the event that you encounter any issues with your vehicle after the service, we kindly request that you contact us immediately. We will provide you with any possible advice to assist in resolving the problem. If necessary, we may ask you to bring the vehicle back to our facility for further diagnostics or we may come to your location. Please note that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances after a carbon clean has been performed on your vehicle. 
14.  Should we determine that additional verification is required, we may recommend having your vehicle diagnosed by a third-party mechanic. Please be aware that any fees associated with such diagnostics will not be covered by Dacecroft Moto. 
15.  If your vehicle is found to be faulty after the carbon clean, we regret to inform you that no refunds will be provided in such cases. 
16.  We reserve the right to discontinue any promotional or existing offers without prior notice. While our prices are typically based on the advertised rates, our technicians have the discretion to adjust prices as they see fit, without notice. 
17.  The additives, extras, tools, and services we utilize are specifically intended for use on motor vehicles. However, we cannot guarantee that we can clean all types of motors or guarantee the effectiveness of all products in every scenario. Our services are designed to provide optimal results, but there may be certain circumstances where limitations or constraints prevent us from achieving desired outcomes. 
18.  Additionally, we retain the right to determine the duration of the engine cleaning process. The time taken to clean an engine may vary depending on factors such as the specific requirements of the vehicle and the condition of the engine. We will exercise our professional judgment to ensure that the cleaning process is performed to the best of our ability within a reasonable timeframe. 
19.  Furthermore, we maintain the right to cancel any bookings without prior notice and without providing a reason. Please note that all deposits made for bookings are non-refundable in such cases. 
20.  By making a booking, whether intentionally or unintentionally, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds, including the deposit, will be provided. However, in certain cases, the technician may exercise their discretion to determine if a refund is warranted. Please note that such instances will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. 
21.  As a small team, we may not be able to respond to all inquiries or messages received through our website, search engine, social media accounts, or in-person interactions. However, we will make every effort to inform you in advance if there are any changes to the scheduled appointment, including if we are running late or early. There may be instances where we need to request a change to the booking without obtaining explicit consent, but rest assured that we will make our best attempt to confirm such changes with you beforehand. 
22.  Please be advised that we do not provide any guarantees regarding the outcomes of our carbon cleaning services, regardless of whether you choose service option 1 or 2. We cannot ensure that the cleaning will result in a better driving experience, increased fuel efficiency (MPG), smoother ride, reduced emissions or exhaust smoke/fumes, or enhanced power and responsiveness. The effectiveness of the carbon cleaning process may vary depending on factors such as the vehicle's condition, maintenance history, and individual driving habits. 
23.  Additionally, we retain the right to decline conducting a test drive after the engine carbon clean. While test drives are typically offered as part of our service, there may be circumstances where we deem it unnecessary or impractical to perform a test drive. This decision will be made on a case-by-case basis, taking into consideration various factors such as time constraints or specific vehicle requirements. 
24.  By making a payment for our service without prior review of the Terms and Conditions, you acknowledge and accept the aforementioned terms. We appreciate your attention to detail and if you have taken the time to read through the terms, we extend our gratitude.
